Vidz.com was sold to Sineplex?

Last month we already reported that when Vidz.com closed down its affiliated program, they stopped answering emails and they never paid out the money they owed their affiliates. GFY user OneWhoKnows did some digging:

... did anyone of you check the join form of Vidz.com lately? It's now changed to GTFlix.com billing, which is the payment platform for formerly well known DVD studio Sineplex. Interesting enough, Sineplex' tube platform at www.legalporn.com has this in the footer:
