XYZTraffic shut down

For the last few months people have been reporting problems with XYZTraffic. Some even said they were counting less than 20% of the traffic being sent! Yesterday, XYZTraffic announced they are closing shop:

XYZtraffic is now closed
Due to unexpected circumstances we will no longer be accepting traffic after 1/31/2013. Please stop sending traffic. You can log in to check your stats, if you have any questions or concerns please contact support.
