Manwin Acquires Digital Playground

AVN just reported that Manwin has signed an agreement to acquire all assets belonging to Digital Playground. Ali Joone (Digital Playground Founder and Director) and Samantha Lewis (CEO) will continue to oversee Digital Playground.
