Why I don't use Verotel

Verotel is the same company that sent out a cease and desist letters to its affiliates for supposedly DDOS'ing their stats servers. Those affiliates were using Stats Remote and had it set to connect to their server every 15 minutes. If 1000 webmasters hitting your server at an average of 66 times per minute will kill your server then your setup is not what I consider to be professional or reliable.
