Vidz And Rudester Not Paying?

The tube affiliate program Vidz already announced they were closing shop. Based on the reactions posted on GFY it is now safe to assume they won't be paying out the money they owe their affiliates.

Another program, Rudester.com, seems to be going the same way. In a thread started almost 4 days ago, people are complaining about missing payments from Rudester and while Rudester reps have already posted in other unrelated threads, they seem to be ignoring this one.
